What to Expect

From the first inquiry to a project on site.

Initial Response

We respond personally to every inquiry within one to two business days. One of the founders reviews the details and reaches out to schedule a first conversation.

ii.

First Conversation

A no-obligation conversation — by phone, video, or on site — to understand the project, the timeline, the budget range, and whether we are the right builder for the work.

iii.

Proposal & Engagement

If the fit is right on both sides, we prepare a detailed pre-construction proposal — scope, schedule, and budget — and discuss the engagement structure from there.
